What counts as a port?
A port is one concurrent call (CC) — a single call in progress at the same moment. If your peak traffic is 800 simultaneous calls, you need 800 ports.
How is my rate calculated?
Your total port count decides your tier, and that tier's rate applies to all your ports. For example, 2,500 ports are on the Growth tier at $0.40 per port, so you pay $1,000 per month.
Are all features included in every plan?
Yes. Routing, billing, resellers, fraud control, DIDs, calling cards, web phones, the mobile app and all portals are included on every plan. Higher tiers lower your per-port rate and add more hands-on support.
Can I add more ports later?
Absolutely. Start with what you need today and add ports as your traffic grows. When you move into a higher tier, your lower rate applies automatically.
What if I need more than 10,000 ports?
