Who we are

This website, vexyronlabs.com, is operated by Vexyron Labs ("we", "us"). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at sales@vexyronlabs.com.

Information we collect

When you submit the Get Started form we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, and information about your requirements (such as switch type, number of ports, current setup and your message).

Like most websites, our web server may also record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running reliably.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quote.
  • To communicate with you about Vexyron Switch and related services you asked about.
  • To protect our website against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.

Sharing

We only share your information with service providers who help us operate this website and our email (for example, our hosting provider and Google Analytics), and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed and how many enquiries are sent. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you visit. It does not receive the details you type into our forms. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us by emailing sales@vexyronlabs.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
